Robert E. Inman

Robert E. Inman, age 94, of Belleville, IL, born in Humphrey, AR, April 19, 1932, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026. Bob was retired from Civil Service AVSCOM St. Louis, Mo. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 2007, life member of the Korean War Veteran Association, and life member of the Little Devils Football Club. He was a football official for 30 years. He was also a member of Union United Methodist Church (Horticulture Club.)

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Lou, nee Gunnell, Inman; parents, Gilbert Manning and Mary Jane, nee Thurgood, Inman; twin brother, Gilbert Inman; and sister, Helen Moritz.

Surviving are his daughters, Robin Taylor (Dan) Voegele, Kimberlie (Mike) Dyer and Joni (Kent) Dintelmann, all of Belleville, IL; grandchildren, Joe (Shawna) Taylor, Mike Taylor, Kelley (Patrick) Cody, David (Sarah) Dyer, Nick (Jason McDonald) Dintelmann, Janey Dintelmann, Holly (Max) Hocott, Noah (Lea) Dintelmann, Abby Dintelmann and Carly Dintelmann; and great-grandchildren, Justin, Bryce, Lydia, Eliza, Silas, and Levi.

A private family service will be held at Shiloh Church Cemetery in Crocketts Bluff, AR.
