Lisa Lee Bisbee, 69, of Stuttgart, Ark., passed away June 14, 2025, in Little Rock. Lisa was born in Stuttgart, May 27, 1956, to Dr. James O. Bisbee and Mrs. Mary Helen Bisbee. She was a graduate of Stuttgart High School and was employed by the Bisbee Center. She celebrated her retirement after 50 years in May of 2024.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Jame O. Bisbee, and Mary Helen Bisbee; and brother, David O. Bisbee. She is survived by Amelia Newkirk Elam, her dear friend, and Amelia’s family of Stuttgart; Lee Tackett and family of North Little Rock; her aunt and uncle, Mr. Jim and Mrs. Marsha Paul of Hickory Creek, Texas; her cousins, Denise Ingels (Richard) of Sautee, Ga., Gail Leaderbrand (Gary) of Blue Eye, Mo. And Sam Paul (Max King) of Trenton, Mo.; and nephews, Blake and Gunner Bisbee.

Lisa thrived on happiness, never forgot a name, and spread love everywhere she went. Her warmth and generosity touched the lives of everyone she encountered, leaving an indelible mark on her community and beyond. Known for her laughter and impeccable memory for people, Lisa embodied the spirit of kindness and compassion in every moment. Lisa participated in the Special Olympics where she won several medals in swimming. Her performance in the pool demonstrated her commitment to the sport. Her family meant everything to her. Lisa and her mom were constant companions until Mary’s death in 2022.

Services for Lisa will be held at First Baptist Church, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. and service at 11 a.m. She will be laid to rest next to her brother David at Lone Tree Cemetery following the service.

Memorials are requested to be made to the Bisbee Center in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
