Linda Marie Hughes

Linda Marie Hughes, 76, of Humphrey, widow of Rick Hughes, passed away at her home Monday, March 17, 2025.

Linda was born July 12, 1948, in Stuttgart to H.C. and Ruth Hopson who preceded her in death. She was a Stuttgart High School graduate and member of Bayou Meto Assembly of God Church. She retired from GTE as a customer service representative.

Survivors include two sons, Kristopher Hughes (Wendy) and Brandon Kyle Hughes (Candi) all of Humphrey; brothers, Alfred Hopson (Doris) of DeValls Bluff and Harold Hopson (Jackie) of Cabot; sister, Judy Chapmon of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Skilar Hughes (Haden Greenhaw) and Kaden Hughes; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a late date.
