Carl William Borchert

Carl William Borchert Jr, 80, of Stuttgart passed away Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, at Crestpark in Stuttgart.

Mr. Borchert was born April 14, 1946, in Stuttgart to Carl William Borchert Sr. and Marquerite Ann McCool Borchert. He was a welder and member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Combs.

Survivors are his son, Carl Borchert (Monica) of Stuttgart; his daughter, Kim Self (Jim) of Stuttgart; two brothers, Don Borchert (Janet) of Hot Springs and Johnny Borchert (Evelyn) of Hensley; sister, Ann McCollum of Gentry; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.

Cremation arrangements were handled through Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.
