Richard Riley Fields, 74, of Stuttgart died Thursday, May 3, 2012, at his home.

Mr. Fields was born January 6, 1938, in Humphrey, Arkansas, to W.F. and Opal Richardson Fields. He was a retired plant manager from Riceland Foods and a Baptist.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Charles Fields; and a sister, Lovell Bloom.

Survivors are his wife of 50 years, Alice Anderson Fields; three daughters, Robin Williams of Wynne, Rikki (Mike) Dawson of Mayflower and Meredith (Heath) Mitchell of Stuttgart; six grandchildren, Lindsey Campbell, Kylie Lamb, Jason Dawson, Zach Dawson, Lauren Tuminello and Caleb Mitchell; one brother, Kenneth Fields of Sherwood; and one sister, Linda Lawson of Dallas.

A memorial visitation is 4-6 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at Turpin Funeral Home.
